Improvements to tables:

• Customise all table views by clicking the Columns button at the top right of each table and selecting the columns to show/hide; your preference automatically saves for the next time you return to the page
• Exporting tables to excel now exports only your selected columns
• Improved vertical and horizontal scroll bars to help navigate large tables
• Column headers and first column of some tables frozen to help navigate large tables
• Improved filtering of tables with introduction of multiple key word filter

General project updates:

• Addition of project start and end date
• New table view of projects which includes dates, description, status and a list of collections they belong to
• Removal of status filter from project view; all projects now display and can be filtered using the search function at the top

People in projects:

• Expansion of table view to replace current NTS project checklists
• Person to project pages now include Contract, Tasks and Checklist tabs
  • Contract tab - record data relating to the individual’s contract and agreement
  • Tasks tab - currently still in development
  • Checklist tab - record progress and key dates
• New checklist count is included in the table view to track progress

Collate project feedback from audience, bookers, participant, press and stakeholders all in one place

• Add feedback and reviews to any project by navigation to the feedback tab within a project or use the + shortcut at the top of the app
• Include full text plus highlights for quick reference
• Attribute reviews and feedback to an author (optional)
• Include web links and upload files/images

Example feedback can be viewed by searching for Like Flying 2023

IN DEVELOPMENT: View feedback at collection level, bringing together feedback from all projects in a collection

General improvements to the main search bar:

• search by multiple key word
• filter results by type using tabs along the top of results
• image ribbon added to search results

• New filters added to view venues by local authority, size, programming and technical support

We are in advanced stages of developing commenting functionality across the site with the following features which will be rolled out in the coming month:

• Tag colleagues in comments with @mention functionality
• New notification indicator and comments inbox
• Receive email notifications of mentions and replies

• When signing back into the the app after a period of inactivity, you are returned to the realm you were previously working in
• Favourites now open in pop-up screens so that you don’t lose your place
• General user interface and system improvements
